18th and Kilbourn

Last Friday I saw this guy who obviously had too much to drink.  I don't fancy myself an outdoorsman but I certianly don't frown upon men who have to "do their business" behind a tree when a bathroom is not available.  But this guy takes the cake.  Forget the trees, bushes, shrubs or any other natural blockade for social embarassment, this guy pulled out his junk and decided to release himself right in the middle of the street.  Good night or bad night?
